If you want to make it more challenging, increase the tempo of the exercise or the weight. ►What is the best time of day to train? It doesn't really matter what time of day you train. It's advisable NOT to do such a high-intensity workout right before bed. ►What should I eat during a marathon? If your goal is to lose weight, you need to maintain a calorie deficit for best results.
