In today's video we take a ride on the Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) train between World Trade Center and 33rd Street in Manhattan. The PATH is a commuter rail service that transports passengers between New York City and Northern New Jersey serving Newark, Harrison, Jersey City and Hoboken. The PATH consists of four lines: • Red Line: Newark Penn Station (Newark, NJ) - World Trade Center (New York, NY) • Yellow Line: Journal Square (Jersey City, NJ) - 33rd Street (New York, NY) • Green Line: Hoboken Terminal (Hoboken, NJ) - World Trade Center (New York, NY) • Blue Line: Hoboken Terminal (Hoboken, NJ) - 33rd Street (New York, NY) From January 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (EST) to February 25th, 2025 at 5:00 AM, PATH's Hoboken station was closed for track replacement and overall station upgrades and improvements. As a result, Special Green Line service ran between World Trade Center and 33rd Street. Passengers traveling to Hoboken Terminal were adviced to get off at Newport or Exchange Place stations and transfer to the Hudson Bergen Light Rail or the Free shuttle bus.
