The locomotive can be seen with its livery beautifully matching its rake of luxury coaches and passing with a VERY loud horn! Up to that point, fast and slow Southeastern services can be seen, the fast ones of which (Class 395 'Javelins') pass here incredibly quickly at around 90mph! However, this is nothing compared to the 140mph they can achieve on High Speed One, but it feels incredibly quick here nonetheless. The unusually small level crossing on a tiny no-through road leading only to a few houses was fully renewed and converted in 2012, and it had manually-operated gates before then.
