how to do a horizontal split on aerial hoop /Lyra

How do a horizontal split on aerial hoop/Lyra tutorial ! The trickiest part on this move is in my eyes the entrance when coming from sitting in the hoop. Once you are in the position you are fine. Make sure to be warmed up in your split properly as it helps to hold yourself in that position. Start with the vertical split on static and then maybe take it to the spinning hoop/Lyra, it does not change anything technical or does not make it more difficult.
