It helps cool the body, soothes the stomach and is perfect for hot summer days. बेल का शरबत गर्मियों में पी जाने वाला एक ठंडा और सुकून देने वाला शरबत है जो पके हुए बेल, नींबू और चीनी से बनाया जाता है। यह जिस्म को ठंडक देता है, पेट को आराम पहुंचाता है और गर्मियों में बेहद राहत देता है। ⸻ 📋 Ingredients / ज़रूरी चीज़ें 🍈 Bael Sharbat Ke Liye / बेल शरबत के लिए • 🍈 Ripe Bael – 1 पका हुआ बेल – 1 • 💧 Water – 1½ litre पानी – 1½ लीटर • 🍬 Sugar – 4 tbsp कैस्टर शुगर – 4 टेबलस्पून • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 2 lemons नींबू का रस – 2 नींबू • 🧊 Ice Cubes – as needed बर्फ के टुकड़े – ज़रूरत अनुसार • 🧂 Black Salt – optional काला नमक – अगर चाहें ⸻ 📝 Method / बनाने का तरीका 🍈 Bael Ready Karen Break the ripe bael and open it carefully. Remove all the pulp with the help of a spoon. पके हुए बेल को सावधानी से तोड़कर खोल लें। चम्मच की मदद से उसका सारा गूदा निकाल लें। ⸻ 🥣 Pulp Nikaalein Transfer the pulp to a large bowl and add 1–2 glasses of water. Mash it well with clean hands until all the pulp mixes into the water. गूदे को एक बड़े बाउल में निकाल लें और 1–2 गिलास पानी डाल दें। साफ हाथों से अच्छी तरह मसल लें ताकि सारा गूदा पानी में मिल जाए। ⸻ 🧺 Mixture Chaan Lein Pass the mixture through a sieve. Add more water and keep pressing until all the pulp is extracted. मिश्रण को छन्नी से छान लें। थोड़ा-थोड़ा पानी डालते हुए अच्छी तरह दबाएँ ताकि सारा गूदा निकल जाए। ⸻ 🍋 Sharbat Tayaar Karen Add sugar and lemon juice to the strained mixture. Mix well until the sugar dissolves completely. छने हुए मिश्रण में चीनी और नींबू का रस डाल दें। अच्छी तरह मिला लें जब तक चीनी पूरी तरह घुल न जाए। ⸻ 🧊 Final Touch Add ice cubes and mix again. If you like, add a little black salt for extra flavour. बर्फ के टुकड़े डालकर फिर से मिला लें। अगर पसंद हो तो थोड़ा काला नमक भी डाल सकते हैं। ⸻ ✨ Tayaar Sharbat Serve chilled and enjoy.
