Taking Her Pastor to Court

The plaintiff says the defendant, her pastor, agreed to put a car in his name until a restriction on her license was lifted. The plaintiff resolved everything. When she went to pick up the car, there was a boot on it because the defendant failed to pay parking tickets, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits he agreed to help the plaintiff buy a car with the agreement she’d help pick up church members.
