Sprayed in the Eye with Cleaner

The plaintiff says he was hired to do work at the home of the defendant’s father. However, the defendant confronted him at her father’s residence and squirted cleaner on him, causing an eye injury, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff was very disrespectful toward her and instigated the whole situation. The defendant is countersuing for harassment and attorney fees.
