Using Guitar Pedals To Record Drums - The Right Way!

Using Guitar Pedals To Record Drums - The Right Way! Welcome to the Analog Alien Guitar Pedals - SOUND DIFFERENT Pedal Show! Guitar pedals were not designed to interface with professional recording equipment. But now they can be by incorporating an Analog Alien EPi into your signal chain. In this video we are using the EPi to interface guitar pedals with pre-recorded drum tracks. Some re-amping devices on the market just change the impedance of the pedals. But in order to get the most out of them, sonically, you also need to adjust the voltages. That’s where the EPi really shines. Now you can take your favorite pedal(s) and interface them with your pro audio gear. Take any pedal you like and use them to record drums, vocals, keyboards, horns - you name it! You can really let your imagination and your creativity run wild and come up with sounds that no one has discovered yet! We’ll be coming out with more videos on the EPi and its many uses in the near future. In the meantime we hope that this video inspires you to try new things in the studio. Let us know, in the comment section below, which drum riff and effects setup you liked the most.
