Here we met the Ichino sisters, two incredible young girls: it was Ilaria who opened this reality from scratch, and today she manages with incredible passion the artisan cheese factory together with her sister Chiara. 🐐🧀 In this video we take you with us into their typical day: we started at dawn with the milking of the goats and finished with the packaging of the cheeses for a local market the next day. All cheeses are made with milk milked that same morning: from fresh Tomino and Primosale, to "Le Capannotte" (15 days of aging) and "Caprichino" (90 days). #greatalyfood #fooddocumentary #italiancheese #italfood #tomino #ArtisanalCheese #GoatCheese #CheeseMaking
