Часовой токарный СТАНОК Т-65. ЭКСТРЕМАЛЬНАЯ РАБОТА

It is told what extreme work of the T-65 lathe can be done.    A 100 millimeter chuck was placed on a T-65 lathe. The diameter of the T-65 brand chuck is 60 mm.    The large chuck was supplied because it had to make large-sized parts, for example, electropneumatic valves with an outer diameter of 32 mm, machined from a circle of 40 mm, that is, extreme work had to be done for the watch machine. On this machine, a duralumin part was machined with a diameter of up to 70 mm, a titanium part with a diameter of up to 18 mm, a square with a side of 32 mm was milled, and side holes were drilled. I used a low-power engine, 180 W, the work was done slowly with a small metal removal. Therefore, when even large-sized parts were processed on the watch machine, the machine loads were small.    I bought this watch machine 30 years ago, no longer new. Regular maintenance, regular lubrication and adjustment of the gaps allowed keeping the T-65 watch machine in good working condition, despite the fact that there was an extreme work of the T-65 watch machine, which was not typical of small-sized watch turning machines.    Watch machines can not be overloaded, as they are put on low-power engines that do not allow to produce a large metal removal.    Despite the extreme work of the clock machine, very complex openwork details were made on this machine: 9 balls are machined in a ball with a diameter of 39 mm:    • 10 шаров друг в друге. ШАР - МАТРЁШКА   7 dodecahedrons are machined in a ball with a diameter of 18 mm:    • ШАР С 7-ю ДОДЕКАЭДРАМИ ВНУТРИ.avi   5 dodecahedrons are machined in a ball with a diameter of 9 mm:    • ШАР С 5-ю ДОДЕКАЭДРАМИ ВНУТРИ   3 dodecahedrons are machined in a 4.5 mm ball:    • МИНИ ДОДЕКАЭДРЫ  в додекаэдре      Such complex products on the "killed" machine can not be performed.
