Pizza de Aprovechamiento sobre Focaccia Crujiente

At home, we're committed to mindful, flavorful, and zero-waste cooking. Today, we're making a leftover pizza on crispy focaccia, using leftover BBQ ribs, vegetables, and a moderate amount of cheese so the main ingredient takes center stage. Instead of the classic tomato, we're using fresh vegetables (green and red bell peppers and spring onions), resulting in a different kind of pizza—lighter and bursting with flavor. We'll also share a very simple trick to get focaccia crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside: moisten it well and bake at a high temperature. This is the perfect recipe to show that pizza can be made with leftovers, adaptable to whatever you have in the fridge, and without sacrificing enjoyment. 👉 We also use this same focaccia to make our homemade bread:    • Focaccia Sencilla con Sorpresa | Masa en f...   👉 And you can find the barbecue ribs we used in this recipe here:    • Costilla Barbacoa a Baja Temperatura | Tie...   📌 More recipes for using up leftovers, gastronomy, and health on our channel:    / @eltxokodejuancarlos   🎥 Check out more recipes in our "Bread Doughs and Special Recipes" playlist:    • Masas de Pan y Especiales | Tradición, Téc...   🍽 Ingredients: 🍞 Half a focaccia dough (according to the recipe)    • Focaccia Sencilla con Sorpresa | Masa en f...   🫑 1 green bell pepper 🌶️ 1 red bell pepper 🧅 1 spring onion 🍖 Barbecue Ribs    • Costilla Barbacoa a Baja Temperatura | Tie...   🧀 Cheeses of your choice 🫒 Extra virgin olive oil 🧂 Salt (optional) ✍ Steps: ✅ Start with half of the focaccia dough according to the recipe (   • Focaccia Sencilla con Sorpresa | Masa en f...  ). ✅ On a baking sheet previously greased with oil, spread the dough evenly.
