The texture of the dough will change with each fold. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel. Leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes: Wet your hands with water. Stretch and fold the dough. Repeat after me. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel. Leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes: There are a lot of air bubbles in the dough.
