We immediately got back to work. And to tell the story of this famous focaccia bread product we went to Old Bari inside Fiore bakery. Together with Antonio Fiore and chef Domingo Schingaro, we analyzed all the steps of a simple and generous recipe, baked from the same oven for more than 100 years!
