This workout combines both strength and stretching to leave the body feeling stronger, longer and more flexible. The majority of my workouts can be done by all levels, if you are more a beginner, do the lighter spring suggestions or take a breather. If you are more advanced, do the heavier spring suggestions. I try not to make the exercises too complicated s my workout can be done by everyone. Yes, if you are a beginner, it will probably be more challenging, but take breaks and come back.
