Girls Ice Camping on Lake Erie | Overnight Ice Fishing & Catch and Cook

In this video, my sister Claira and I go girls ice camping on the frozen Great Lakes! We drive our snowmobile farther out onto Lake Erie than we ever have before and set up our ice shack to camp overnight. This was our first time doing a full overnight ice camping trip on Lake Erie. We set up our ice hut, drilled holes for ice fishing, set up our beds and cooking area, and caught yellow perch for a catch and cook on the ice. On day two, things got intense. We tried to move spots while ice fishing on Long Point Bay, but we lost the battery for our electric ice auger in the fog. I searched the lake for hours trying to find the auger battery while Claira stayed back and got help from some awesome anglers to drill a hole for her. We still managed to catch more Lake Erie perch, clean fish on the ice, and finish our overnight ice fishing trip with an epic perch catch and cook.
