Thank you to Desert Island Survival for training me! https://www.desertislandsurvival.com/ I took on the hardest survival challenge of my life: 5 days completely alone on a remote desert island. No food. No drinking water. No shelter. Everything I needed to survive, I had to find or build myself. I drank from coconuts and collected questionable water sources. I foraged and fished for every meal. I built fire the primitive way using a bow drill friction fire and tried to create shelter before the tropical storms rolled in. For five days I pushed my mind and body further than I ever have before, dealing with hunger, exhaustion, isolation, and the constant pressure. This island sits 1.5 hours by boat off the coast of Central America, and once the boat left, I was completely on my own. 0:00 no food, water, shelter 1:39 shelter 7:42 first coconut 9:07 hermit crabs 9:30 night 1 11:18 day 2 12:06 what i brought 12:49 garbage water 15:22 fire starter 15:35 brown coconuts 17:17 low tide foraging 19:18 coconuts are too high 20:43 eating a coconut 22:18 my knife 24:04 making bow drill 25:12 bow drill fire 27:44 fixing my shelter 28:45 eating snails 30:11 night 2 32:19 day 3 34:38 exploring & fishing 40:03 night 3 42:50 day 4 44:00 FISH 46:29 best dinner of my life 49:41 day 5 #solosurvival #islandsurvival #camping #MyVictorinox
