In light of World Mental Health Week, we are releasing our next Untold Story — a story of resilience and healing through some of the most traumatic life experiences. Rahaf grew up in a toxic family; a depressed mother, a drug addict brother, and a father who died from suicide. She herself attempted to take her life not once or twice, but three times. Fast forward to present day, Rahaf has turned her life around and is now a mental health life coach.
