[Hiking Singapore] Serangoon Reservoir (through Coney Island)

Here's a hike I did along Serangoon Reservoir, going through Coney Island along the way. Serangoon Reservoir was created from Sungei Serangoon or Serangoon River in 2011, and bounded by Coney Island, Lorong Halus, ending at Tampines Road in Hougang. The route is a nice way to enjoy the waters and nature, while being close to urban spaces.
