[Hiking Singapore] Punggol Waterway, Lorong Halus, Pasir Ris Park, Tampines Eco Green

Here's a hike I did from Punggol to Tampines, going along Punggol Waterway and through Lorong Halus, Pasir Ris Park, and Tampines Eco Green. It's a good hike for beginners since the terrain is mostly flat and pavement, and the scenery is pretty nice along the way.
