Best homemade Rolled Fondant from scratch

So, buying fondant can be expensive, and sometimes you never get enough. In this video, you will learn how to make homemade rolled fondant from scratch, from this you will be able to make your own. Rolled Fondant Recipe 1/2 C Coldwater 2 tbsp Gelatin powder 1/2 C Glucose 1 tsp Glycerin 1 tsp Flavoring (i used McCormick Lemon flavor) 1200 g Powdered sugar (sifted) 2 tbsp Tylose powder shortening Please watch the full video to properly follow the procedure. notes: For later use, be sure to knead thoroughly until it will become smooth again and achieve the elasticity like in the video before you apply it on your cake to avoid Elephant skin. For adding color, use gel food color and when fondant becomes soft just knead a little more powdered sugar until you achieved the right consistency, not too soft not too hard.
