Hi guys!!! We're back for this second season of the channel!! Finally!! This time we're starting off with tiramisu, a dessert that was left over from last season. I share the recipe for the sponge cakes and the coffee syrup in the video, and here's the recipe for the cream cheese: 270g cream cheese (mascarpone) 2 egg yolks 1 pc. Egg 130g granulated sugar 250g heavy cream (If you want to make it ready to unmold, add 7 to 10g of glue to your recipe.) Don't forget to moisten your sponge cakes well. I did it a bit quickly because of the video and they weren't moist enough. Leave them in the syrup for a while, so they'll have a lot of coffee flavor.
