23. Big talk. Bigger week.

This week was busy in every direction. We started with tea, office build plans and a full diary, then moved straight into stock issues, customer conversations, warehouse improvements, racking layouts, sales training, recruitment changes and a trip to UK Construction Week at Excel London. We also took part in the Builders Merchant News round table, discussing what the future of builders merchants could look like, from digital systems and pricing to customer service, branch models and operational discipline. There were wins, lessons, a few problems to fix, and plenty of real business life in between.
