If you liked the video, please LIKE and SHARE, and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE to my channel! ❤️ 📋 INGREDIENTS LIST For Breakfast: Leftover Rice: 1 cup Raw Potato: 1 large (peeled and cut into pieces) Semolina or Gram Flour: 2-3 tablespoons (for perfect binding and crunch) Green Chilies: 2 (finely chopped) Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes/Red Chili: 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Coriander: Finely chopped (as seen in file 1000015324.jpg) Salt: As desired Oil: For deep frying or shallow frying For Special Chutney: Tomato: 1 large Onion: 1 small Whole Dry Red Chili: 2-3 Garlic: 4-5 cloves Peanuts/Chana Dal: 1 tablespoon (roasted) Salt and Mustard seeds (for tadka) 🥣 COOKING PROCESS Grinding the Base: In a mixer grinder, blend the leftover rice, raw potato pieces, and 1-2 green chilies into a smooth paste without water (or just 1 tablespoon of water). Making the Batter: Transfer this mixture to a bowl. Prepare a thick batter by mixing semolina/gram flour, cumin seeds, chili flakes, salt as per taste and a little coriander leaves for binding. Frying Crispy Bites: Heat oil in a pan. Drop small bites/big ones into the oil by hand or with a spoon (as in image 1000015324.jpg). Fry on medium-high flame until golden brown and crispy. Making the Chutney: Heat some oil in a small pan and sauté onion, tomato, garlic and whole red chilies for 2 minutes. After cooling, grind it in a mixer along with roasted peanuts and salt.
