Honda CL350. Will it run after 25 years?

This 1972 CL has been laid up for decades in clearly less than ideal circumstances so it looks pretty uncared for, but a little investigation (that I maybe should have done before) shows it's a one owner bike, and it has some promise. So let's get a closer look and see what ails it and as a first step in bringing it back to near showroom condition see if it'll run up....or if there's something serious in there.
