Honda CL 350 Scrambler recommission: First steps after 25 year layover

This CL was the last of six CL 350s I imported last year and if it shows anything it's that first impressions can maybe be misleading. Although the bike was pretty scruffy with a goosed exhaust system, odd paint, heavily oxidised engine casings etc and missing panels, it's clear that someone has started to restore this bike and has for reasons we've no view of, stopped the resto part way through. This vid covers off an initial assessment of the bike and rebuilding the carbs prior to trying for a first start of the engine.
