“Understanding Worldview Changes Us” Ann Crescini / Educator, Blogger Ann Crescini is a speaker, author, teacher, and blogger based in Fukuoka Prefecture. Her bilingual blog, "Ann's View of Japan," draws on her 17 years of experience and insights in Japan, writing about language and culture in both Hakata dialect and English, and is read by thousands of people across Japan. She is also the author of 12 books, covering topics ranging from Japanese culture to English language learning. Furthermore, she has written several academic papers on her area of expertise, Japanese-English. Crescini taught communication, presentation, and writing classes at Kitakyushu University for 15 years and currently lives in Munakata City with her photographer husband and three daughters. In her rare free time, she enjoys trying out interesting things for her blog, baking cookies, eating peanut butter, and exercising.
