Borgo is Andrew Tarlow’s very first Manhattan restaurant, a name that many say completely reshaped New York’s dining scene! 👏 There was a time when people believed that a “proper meal” could only be found in Manhattan. But with spots like Diner, Marlow & Sons, Roman’s, and She Wolf Bakery, Tarlow turned Brooklyn itself into a true dining destination. ✨ The name Borgo means “village,” and here you’ll find seasonal, traditional Italian cooking, with wood-fired dishes at the heart of the menu. 🍝🍷 🐝Pro Tip Though it’s a fairly spacious restaurant, the warm and cozy vibe makes it perfect for a date.
