Light soya sauce 1/2tbsp 4. Salt, little 5. Sugar, little Method 1. Heat wok and add in green chilli and little salt and fry till a bit brown. Press it to remove some of the water in the chilli. Set aside 2. Heat wok with slightly more oil. Add in pork and fry. Add in seasoning and mix well. Then add in green chilli and fry for another 15sec. 3.
