Once you've made it, you'll never be able to buy store bought Tzatiki again, and if you serve it with my recipe for seasoned bread your bound to fall in love. ---- ➥ Support my work on Patreon   / middleeats   ➥ Instagram   / itsmiddleeats   ➥ Facebook   / middleeatsyt   Music by Epidemic Sounds - Referral link for a free trial here https://www.epidemicsound.com/referra... ---- 00:00 Intro 01:28 Making perfect Cacik 05:00 The ultimate dipping bread 07:02 Serving suggestion 07:32 Taste test and Review ---- My Equipment: These links are affiliated and help support this channel Oxo Vegetable Peeler: https://geni.us/tiNom Citrus Juicer: https://geni.us/8xWwcBB Box Grater: https://geni.us/d4YE Food Processor: https://geni.us/2qQ9bX Kitchen Scale: https://geni.us/o3tM Stainless Steel Cookware: https://geni.us/EsaLACR Utensils: https://geni.us/Da55Vjd Glass jugs: https://geni.us/QAuvNNB Stick blender: https://geni.us/E2FNym ---- Turkish Cacik cold soup recipe:    • Cacık Nasıl Yapılır? | Cacık Tarifi   ---- Ingredients Cacik: 1/2 Large English Cucumber or 2 Small Salad cucumbers 1 Large clove of garlic 500g Greek or Turkish strained yoghurt 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp fresh dill 2 Tsp Dried Mint 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 Tsp salt Bread spice Topping: (enough for 2 large pittas): 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 1 Tsp Pul Biber (Aleppo Pepper) 1/2 Tsp Oregano 1/2 Tsp sumac 1/4 Tsp paprika 1/4 Tsp salt ---- Directions Cacik: 1.
