Auberginen-Fächer-knusprig&einfach!🍆
Ich habe die Aubergine fächerförmig eingeschnitten, mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver und meinen Lieblingsgewürzen gewürzt. Anschließend habe ich sie erst durch verquirltes Ei und dann durch Paniermehl gezogen. Danach wurde sie von beiden Seiten goldbraun und knusprig ausgebacken. Serviert wird sie mit einem cremigen Dip aus Joghurt, Knoblauch und frischen Kräutern.
