In this video, I'll show you an incredibly delicious, quick, and budget-friendly meal: crispy breaded zucchini with a creamy garlic-yogurt sauce! It's so juicy, flavorful, and crunchy, it tastes even better than meat. This is the exact dish you will try once and make all the time! 🛒 Ingredients & Preparation: Zucchini. Cut slits as shown in the video. Add salt to boiling water. Black pepper. Apple cider vinegar. Gently place the zucchini in the water. Simmer for 2–4 minutes. This makes the zucchini more tender and keeps them juicy after frying. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. 3 eggs. 100g Gouda cheese. Grate finely. Garlic. Grate finely. Mix well until smooth. Add oregano. Breadcrumbs. 2 tbsp flour. Paprika. Mix well. Coat the zucchini in the breadcrumb mixture first. Then dip into the egg mixture. Add vegetable oil. Fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Greek yogurt. Cucumber. Dill. Salt. Pepper. Mix well.
