Jimmy Ray Rodgers, Doctor Killer, Takes the Stand in Appeal Hearing

Jimmy Ray Rodgers, who was found guilty in the killing of Teresa Sievers, took the stand on Tuesday during the appeal hearing for Mark Sievers. Rodgers was sentenced to life in prison for the murder. Curtis Wayne Wright Jr. and Mark Sievers, who is Teresa's husband, were also found guilty of the murder. Mark Sievers wants his conviction and sentence overturned, and at the hearing, his defense team presented arguments as to why he deserves a new trial. This is Rodgers' full testimony.
