Accused Neighbor Killer Goes Off in Court

Pro se defendant Kevin Lychwick lashed out in court on Tuesday morning after refusing to appear. Lychwick yelled that he is not prepared and needs to rest. He claimed that he was dragged out of his bed and is not well. The defendant is accused of killing his neighbor, Carlos Maldonado, in April 2024. Maldonado's body was found wrapped in a tarp in October.
