Hello^^ This is Juice Mom~~~ This week, I’ve brought you everything from trimming and portioning the beef flank steak I bought at Costco, to recipes for using it~~!! Beef flank steak is easy to trim, so it’s one of those cuts of meat that’s great to buy raw^^ Plus, if it’s on sale, there’s no reason not to buy it~~~ For those of you worried about the beef being tough or having an unpleasant smell, I recommend making it into a stew like I did!! And for those who love doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), I highly recommend it : ) It’s convenient because there’s no need to trim the fascia, and it tastes great too!!!
