Hello^^ With the weather getting much hotter, Did you have a healthy week? I made rice pizza for the kids for the first time in a while, and they really loved it☺️☺️🍕 The ingredients are familiar and it's simple to make, but the reaction is always explosive🎉 It's a menu I highly recommend even for picky eaters👍🏻 I always enjoy the frozen boneless fish from Costco, like mackerel and Pacific cod... and I really enjoyed the boneless flounder I bought this time as well~~ Just grilling it and dipping it in soy sauce with wasabi eased my worries about side dishes~~ This week, I made braised radish with it, and the whole family enjoyed it very much😄 Did you know that leftover radish from braising can be eaten like a different side dish even after being refrigerated and then taken out? ^^ So I tend to always add plenty of radish : ) Lemon Pasta🍋, which was also featured on Choi Hwa-jung's YouTube channel. It is the perfect pasta to eat lightly and refreshingly in this hot weather where you have lost your appetite.
