Julienne with Mushrooms and Chicken/Жульен с грибами

Julienne with Mushrooms and Chicken 10 medium white button mushrooms 3 shallots 4 boiled chicken tenders or 1 boiled chicken breast 1 cup of cream 2 cups of shredded cheese like Monterrey Jack or any soft cheese will do salt and pepper to taste 3 table spoons of cooking oil. I use Avocado oil Method: Cube shallots and saute them in a little bit of cooking oil until soften and lightly browned. Cut your mushrooms and add to shallots. Brown mushrooms slightly, add shredded boiled chicken. Heat it up and then add your cream. You need to reduce cream in half when sauce has thickened up. Season your Julienne with salt and Pepper. Taste it and if you happy with seasonings portion it out in a small Julienne dishes. Top with grated cheese and put in in the oven on "broil" for about 5 minutes, or until cheese melted and lightly browned. Serve with either toast or slices of French Baguette. Enjoy!
