SUBSCRIBE: / @mariagreco FOLLOW ME: Instagram: / grecorecipes TikTok: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMeNEggnG/ ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ RECIPE BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Servings: 4 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Total time: 40 minutes Ingredients: ►1 1/2 Tbsp butter, divided ►225g mushrooms, sliced ►1/2 medium onion or 1 shallot, thinly sliced ►1 garlic clove, minced ►1/3 cup dry white wine ►1/4 cup heavy whipping cream ►1/2 cup sour cream ►Salt, to taste ►Pepper, to taste ►1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded ►Chopped parsley, for garnish ►Crusty bread, optional Instructions: ►Preheat oven to 375ºF. ►In a large skillet, melt 1 Tbsp butter. Add mushrooms and onions. Sauté for a minute or two, then add garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. ►Sauté on medium heat until mushrooms give out liquid and have reduced to about half the size. ►Transfer mushrooms into a small casserole dish (8x8-inch baking pan), large ramekins, or ceramic pots. ►In the same skillet, melt 1/2 Tbsp butter and add white wine. ►Simmer on medium heat for a couple of minutes, until the alcohol cooks out. ►Add the heavy cream and the sour cream. ►Stir until all combined and add salt and pepper to taste. ►Bring it to boil and pour over the mushrooms. Stir the mixture. ►Sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes (until the cheese is melted and starts to golden). ►Top with parsley. Serve with crusty bread. Tips: ►Use crème fraiche or full-fat sour cream, otherwise the sauce might come out runny ►Sauté the mushrooms until all their natural moisture evaporates, if not, the sauce might come out runny
