Passengers were then transferred onto a waiting coach for lunch at Vincenzo’s, followed by two winery tastings at a local winery. The train continued empty to Stanthorpe and was stabled for the night. The following day, the train departed Stanthorpe retracing its travels the previous day before another stop at Cottonvale for passengers to enjoy a 3 course lunch and wine tasting before reboarding the train. Arriving at Warwick, the locomotive was quickly turned around on the SDSR turntable before departing on the final leg of the journey into Toowoomba.
