Prepare a baking tray. Cut to the size of your loaf and staple the corners.2. Add sea salt to egg whites and start beating. Add granulated sugar in 3 batches and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.3. Add white vinegar and cornstarch and mix again.4. Spread meringue evenly into prepared tin. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature by 20 degrees (fan 160/140 degrees) and bake for 20 minutes. Turn off heat and leave in oven without door open for about 20-30 minutes.5. Remove from oven and cool, remove from tray and cool on rack.While cooling, make cream-Cream6. Mix double cream, granulated sugar and vanilla paste and whip.7. Add yogurt and mix.8. Cover cooled meringue with plastic wrap, turn over, spread cream on top and top with raspberries. At this time (save some cream and raspberries for decoration), place the remaining raspberries on the open part and roll it up from the front like a nori roll.9.
