Off ice - more for the legs!!!

This is part 2 New to camel and sit spin? Try these This is the second of 2 videos originally created for a student with a wish-list: to improve readiness for camel and sit spins, to improve turn out and leg lines for bauers and spirals and also to get deeper knee and ankle bend in general stroking and skating. Skaters branching out to the low and wide spin shapes of sit and camel will always benefit from preparatory exercises which mimic the range and depth needed in the spin skills. This series of exercises are gentle enough to be part of a warm up before or cool down after training. Want them to hit harder? Do multiple sets and it will be so good for your muscle endurance in these very sport specific shapes.
