Pilates Mat

Join me for this 20-minute full-body Pilates mat session designed to build strength, improve mobility and leave you feeling connected from head to toe. Through a balanced combination of core work, lower body strengthening and upper body integration, we'll move mindfully through a series of exercises that challenge stability, coordination and control while remaining accessible and energising. Please move at a pace that feels appropriate for your body and modify or rest whenever needed.
