I'll show you the basic rice recipe to make on Monday, why cold rice from the fridge is the best rice for frying, and how on Wednesday that same rice becomes a comforting soup or a cheesy oven gratin that no one will recognize as "Monday's leftovers." The secret isn't in the ingredients. It's in understanding that cooked rice transforms. It's not just reheated. It truly transforms: with the cold, with resting, with the hot pan. And that transformation, done right, makes the week much more manageable. 📝 This week's three dinners: 🍚 Monday — Basic rice with sautéed vegetables and a simple protein 🥘 Tuesday — My way of fried rice: very hot pan, egg, vegetables, soy sauce 🫕 Wednesday — Rice soup or quick baked rice with melted cheese What you always need at home to make it work: Eggs — Onion — Garlic — Crushed tomatoes — Soy sauce — Cheese for melting — Broth or bouillon cube — Basic vegetables — Olive oil And at the end of the video, I'll also share four variations for weeks when you want to break the routine: rice croquettes, cold summer salad, stir-fried rice with leftovers, and a rice omelet.
