【三毳山】中岳〜青竜ヶ岳 縦走ハイキング!初めてでも、久しぶりでも安心して歩ける里山|大人が楽しむ低山登山ルートを紹介|栃木県佐野市【山と音楽 m♪し音】

Start from Mikamoyama Park's South Parking Lot! Lured by the blue winter skies, we hike Mt. Mikami! The depth of this familiar satoyama (satoyama) makes you want to return again and again. While the elevation is modest, the terrain is varied and rewarding! This journey involves no rush, no competition, and simply letting nature take its course. This video introduces the traverse route from Mt. Mikami's Nakadake to Mt. Seiryu-ga-take from the perspective of a first-time visitor, focusing on the route. Route Overview: Mikamoyama Park's South Parking Lot → Mikamoyama Park → Fork (Azumaya/Nanamagarizaka) → Mt. Nakadake/Trailhead → Mikamo Shrine → Rosokuiwa Rock → Mt. Nakadake → Fork → Inuishi → Inuishi → Fork → Fork → Seiryu-ga-take (round trip). YAMAP: https://yamap.com/activities/45158255 Trip Details: Park your car in the South Parking Lot of Mikamoyama Park and begin the hike from there. While you can enter the park directly from the parking lot, this time I decided to go around to the south gate and use that as my starting point. Proceeding from the side of the car entrance/exit gate, a pond soon appears, its surface permeated with serenity in the morning. The serene sight of ducks swimming leisurely is soothing. Continuing along the well-maintained park path, I entered the park and passed the restrooms. Further up, I passed the parking lot and continued north on the paved road. Continuing north along the park path, I came to a paved road again (Nanamagarizaka), where I turned right. After a while, I saw a sign and a gazebo on my left. Note that at this point, I turned right rather than continuing along the road. After turning right, the hiking trail toward Nakadake appears on my left, and the trail takes on a more hiking-like feel. From here, the slope sharpens, and I begin a short but continuous steep climb. Just as I was starting to get out of breath, I saw a torii gate ahead, and after another flight of stairs, I arrived at Mitsumine Shrine. After paying your respects, continue on from the left side of the shrine. After descending from the shrine, the path heads north again, soon passing a paragliding takeoff site. The view opens up, and if the weather is good, Mount Tsukuba can be seen to the east. From here, after some small ups and downs, you reach the peak and arrive at the summit of Nakadake, where a speaker system is located. During the leaf-fall season, views of the surrounding area can be seen through the trees, making it a good place for a short break. After catching your breath, head for Seiryu-ga-take. After descending Nakadake, you will come to a fork in the trail. Pass the gazebo at the fork and continue straight. It is about 1,300 meters to Seiryu-ga-take. The path continues with gentle ups and downs, passing Inuishi, one of Mt. Miyama's famous stones. Eventually, a staircase descends and joins a paved road within the park. Cross the paved road and continue on. The path climbs again, then descends and rejoins the paved road. There are gazebos scattered around the area, which can be used as rest areas if the summit is crowded. At the fork just before the summit, continue straight, and the climb gradually becomes steeper. A fairly long staircase continues, and the summit of Mt. Seiryu-ga-take comes into view. At the top of the stairs, you'll arrive at the summit of Mt. Seiryu-ga-take. The air is clear in winter, and you can see the long base of Mt. Akagi to the northwest, and the faint silhouette of Mt. Asama to the west. The summit isn't very large, but it's a great place to enjoy the surrounding scenery. After listening to the sound of the wind for a while, we begin our descent. We retrace part of the route we took on the way up, and finally take a shortcut back to the parking lot. While it's a low mountain, the route is varied and offers views at key points, making it a rewarding hike. I'd like to try it again during flower season.
