Rest in knowing you are God's beloved

You do not have to prove who you are. Because of religion, it is all about performance and outward appearance, trying to get you to work your way into being a beloved son/daughter of God. This is not true, Jesus was firmly established in who He was and that His Father was well pleased, before he went on and changed the world. You can rest in your status as God's child, it is a nature issue, not a works issue.
