I was really proficient in performing unconscious self sabotage. But even when I figured out after the ripe age of 30 that it was what caused so much harm in my life, and that I blamed that on everything and everyone else... I struggled to break the habit. This is where understanding what Jesus did helped me SO MUCH, to break the cycle and break the habit. Gratitude also played a very big role. You can also break the habit, and start living in the good that is already there for you, waiting for you to accept it into your life.
