Na jare en jare se melktert eet het Kosmeester Kortes hierdie as die wen-tert ge-etiketeer. Toevallig is hierdie ook my lieflike skoonma Minette se wenresep wat sy oor baie jare verfyn het tot absoluut perfek. Na hierdie melktert sal geen ander melktert ooit weer dieselfde wees nie. Maklik en absoluut onvergeetlik. Een van daardie melkterte was Suid-Afrikaner wees nog lekker maak. Stap 1 - Resep vir Kors 1/2 Koppie (125ml) Botter (sag - kamer temperatuur) 1 Koppie (250ml Koekmeelblom 1 groot Eier 1 teelepel (5ml) bakpoeier 1 Knippie Sout 1/3 (ongeveer 80ml) Koppie melk (kamer temperatuur) Spray & Cook 1 Groot Tertpan (30mm) met los bodem of 2 klein tertpanne (20mm) Metode: volg video Stap 2 - Vla Vulsel 5 Koppies (1.25 liter) Melk 1 Koppie 250ml) Botter 1 Koppie (250ml) Suiker 60ml Maizena (mielieblom) 60ml Koekmeelblom 1 Knippie Sout 4 Eiergele (skei eiers en sit die witte eenkant vir latere gebruik) 5ml vanielje geurmiddel Metode: volg video, sit oond op 160grade Celcius en vou eier witte in. Bak vir 1 uur in die voorverhitte oond. Stap 3 - verwyder uit oond. Laat staan vir ‘n uur om te set. Verwyder vanuit tertpan. Sprinkel met kaneelsuiker en geniet! After this milktart, not other milktart will ever be the same. Easy and simply irresistable. Step 1 - Recipe for Crust 1/2 Cup (125ml) Butter (room temperature) 1 Cup (250ml) Cake Flour 1 large egg 1 teaspoon (5ml) baking 1/3 Cup of milk Spray and Cook 1 Large Tart pan (30mm) or 2 Small Tart pans (20mm) Method: see video Step 2 - Custard filling 5 Cups (1.25 liter) Milk 1 Cup 250ml) Butter 1 Cup (250ml) Sugar 60ml Maizena (corn flour) 60ml Cake Flour 1 pinch of salt 4 Egg Yolks (put egg whites aside first use a little later) 5ml vanilla essence Metode: follow video, pre-heat oven to 160C. Fold stiffend egg whites in and bake for 1 hour in pre-heated oven. Step 3 - remove from oven allow to rest for 1 hour to set. Remove from pan.
