These three steps are stretching, breathing and meditation. The first time I explain these three steps to people who have never done this type of practice, I notice that some think that they must have some kind of skill set to be able to do it. Especially, those people who are not too flexible tend to have more doubts about it. As I explain in this video, if you don't have great flexibility you can do the same exercises and stretch as far as your body allows. If any of these exercises seem complex to you, just skip it and go to the next one. The fundamental thing here is the effect of calm and stillness that you will experience in your mind once you do this short practice.
