2 Stretch Routines for Getting Rid of Lower Back Pain

I made this video for my friend daneil that asked me about getting rid of tension in his lower back. There are 2 stretching routines I do to help loosen up the tension in my lower back. The first one is a standing stretch routine that I basically do all the time, everyday, and where ever I am at.
