CF Richmond Centre Redevelopment Update | Phase 1 Now Complete

Drone update from CF Richmond Centre in Richmond, BC. In this video, I take an aerial look at the recently completed Phase 1 / Neighborhood One of the CF Richmond Centre redevelopment. This major project has transformed the western side of the 27-acre shopping centre site along Minoru Boulevard from a traditional suburban mall layout into a new mixed-use urban community. Phase 1 includes seven multi-family residential towers, 1,167 new homes, approximately 175,000 sq. ft. of new street-front retail, restaurant, and café space, and major new public spaces connected to the existing Richmond Centre mall. This update also highlights the new Park Road high street, the completed residential buildings, retail podiums, public plaza areas, pedestrian connections, structured parking, and the overall transformation of Richmond’s city centre.
