2026, June 27 | Broadway Subway All Stations Update | All 4 Lanes Open at Mount Pleasant

Drone construction update from the Broadway Subway Project at Mount Pleasant Station in Vancouver, BC. In this video, I take a new aerial look at the Mount Pleasant Station construction site near Broadway and Main Street. This is a follow-up update, with the biggest milestone being that all four vehicle lanes on Broadway between Quebec and Main streets are reopening as of June 25, while some intermittent lane closures may still be needed for sidewalk work, final asphalt, and finishing work. The update also shows current construction progress at the future Mount Pleasant Station, including the above-ground steel structure, station area, road restoration, widened sidewalks, traffic changes, nearby buildings, and the surrounding Broadway corridor. According to the project notice, work at the station is focused on the above-ground structure, elevator structures, ceiling panels, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, vent shafts, emergency exit work, and masonry across station levels. Dynamic testing is also expected to move past Mount Pleasant Station and continue west during the summer.
